You don't need to hold my hand
your essence is the air you breathe
and wisps of it we share
the sun that warms me so also caresses your skin
the clouds I watch passing by
shower you with tiny trickling droplets
the moon you look at sometimes and wonder at the shadows within
is also the one that smiles down at me
the stars that twinkle on a clear dark night in the inky velvet sky
are the ones that you see too in a quiet moment gazing upward
we share a life, we share the world, we are connected..

Just wondering ...
Is it for loved ones far away or is it for your heart and soul to be pacified?
It is something I tell myself when I feel far away from people I love.. Makes me feel closer to them. So the short answer is.. yes its for me more than anyone else!
I somehow disagree with you Musings, coz my world of love is differnt and so my life.
I blv Love is God and God is love.
I hold Almighty hand in all my life's ups and downs, even then I still have questioning heart n mind...
