Its clear what industry has to give back. Launch new products in emerging markets at an affordable price, reduce if not eliminate the time between first and second wave launches, build infrastucture-hospitals, patients, social, and last but not the least opearate with the same level of ethical committment that drives research in the developed countries....
Not all responsibility for the protection of patient rights can be passed on to the regulators. It lies equally between the Health care professionals, industry and the regulators!!
