Spring..

The flowers are out in full bloom
the meadows bright green
dotted with pink, white, yellow
look closely and you will see beauties in tiny blue
each bloom so perfect and glorious


The birds are chirping
and cooing, calling, chattering
busy with abundance of nature..
calling, caring, providing, building
Anabolic creatures

the ducks fly low
and skim the glassy surface
of the gentle stream
the little ones waddling along
close to clumps of twigs and dried grass

the warm sun, the cool breeze
the dry earth, the singing birds
the sound of ripples, the butterflies
spring.. how uplifting!!
